TICKET POLICY

Ticket Policy

This Ticket Policy is in place to ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth entry for all guests attending our events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ticket Delivery & Entry Process

To keep costs accessible and avoid additional service or transfer fees for customers, we operate without physical or digital ticket delivery.

  • No physical or email tickets are sent.

  • After purchase, your receipt serves as confirmation.

  • Your name (or the name you provide at checkout) is automatically added to the official guest list at the door.

  • Entry to the event is verified by matching your name and ID (if required) with the guest list — nothing else is needed.

This system helps us keep tickets affordable and avoids third-party ticketing fees being passed on to you.

2. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

  • All ticket sales are final once purchased.

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Change of plans

    • Double purchases / someone else also purchasing a ticket for you

    • Failure to attend the event

    • Weather conditions or transportation issues

  • This policy is clearly stated at checkout and on event pages.

Funds from ticket sales go directly toward paying artists, production crew, staffing, venue costs, and event logistics that are locked in prior to the show.

3. Ticket Transfers (Name Changes)

We understand that plans change, so we allow tickets to be transferred to another person if done before the event begins.

  • To transfer a ticket, the original purchaser must email or message us directly with:

    • Their name

    • The full name of the new attendee

  • Once confirmed, we update the guest list with the new name.

  • Transfers are not guaranteed if requested after doors open or after the event has ended.

4. Non-Transferable After Event or Post-Show Requests

  • Once the event has passed, we cannot transfer, credit, or refund unused tickets.

  • Attendance is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • No-shows are considered forfeited tickets.

5. Event Changes, Rescheduling, or Cancellations

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date.

If an event is fully canceled (not rescheduled), we will:

  • Provide details on refunds or credits (if applicable) via email or official announcements.

  • No refunds are issued for partial closures, lineup changes, or weather delays unless the entire event is canceled.

6. Fraud Prevention & Unauthorized Resale

  • Tickets may not be resold above face value or through unauthorized platforms.

  • We reserve the right to deny entry to any individual with a ticket suspected of being fraudulent, duplicated, or purchased through third-party resellers.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • This Ticket Policy

  • The event’s venue rules and code of conduct

  • Any age restrictions or ID requirements specified on the event page
