Make It Your Own

There is no required genre, style, tempo, or formula. Rebuild it, destroy it, slow it down, speed it up, or take it somewhere completely unexpected.

We are looking for remixes that genuinely represent the producer behind them. Your remix should reflect your own writing, arrangement, sound design, performance, and production decisions.

One or more remixes may be selected for an official remix single, EP, or compilation released through STVY HVZVRDOUS. There is no guaranteed minimum number of selections.

Major Rule

No AI-Generated Music

Generative AI music is completely prohibited. Do not use Suno, Udio, Stable Audio, or any similar platform to create any part of your submission.

This includes AI-generated songs, compositions, melodies, vocals, lyrics, instruments, performances, arrangements, samples, sound design, replacement parts, or prompt-generated musical material.

The musical content of the remix must be created by the submitting producer and any human collaborators identified in the submission.

A submission containing generative AI musical content will not be eligible for release.

How to Enter

Required Submission Folder

To be considered for an official release, your Google Drive or Dropbox folder must contain all of the following:

• A final high-quality WAV export of your remix.
• Grouped production stems exported from the beginning of the project so every file lines up correctly.
• A screenshot showing the full remix project inside your DAW.
• A short screen recording showing the project open inside your DAW and the arrangement playing.
• A text document listing your artist name, legal name, DAW, collaborators, and any third-party samples used.
• An optional private SoundCloud link for convenient listening.

Remix Stem Requirements

You do not need to export every individual mixer channel. Grouped stems are acceptable.

Include separate WAV files for:

• Drums and percussion
• Bass
• Vocals
• Melodies and instruments
• Effects and atmosphere
• Any other major element that should be separated for mixing, mastering, or review

All stems must begin at the same timestamp and remain the full length of the remix so they align when imported into a new project.

Folder Access

Your folder must be set so anyone with the link can view and download the files. Do not submit a folder that requires an access request, password, account approval, or expiring transfer link.

The folder must remain available until the selection and release-review process is complete.

Submission Guidelines

• Generative AI music tools are prohibited. Submissions containing AI-generated compositions, vocals, instruments, performances, sound design, samples, or other musical content will not be eligible for release.
• One remix submission is allowed per artist or collaborative project.
• Your remix must use material from the official “I NEVER SAY” stem pack.
• There is no required genre, style, tempo, or arrangement.
• Do not use uncleared copyrighted samples, vocals, or other protected material.
• Every collaborator and contributor must be identified in the submission.
• Keep your remix private until the official selections have been announced.
• Do not distribute, monetize, sell, upload publicly, or officially release the remix without written approval.
• Your Google Drive or Dropbox folder must contain the final WAV, grouped stems, and required production evidence.
• Submitted files and links must remain accessible throughout the selection process.
• Late, incomplete, inaccessible, or broken-link submissions may not be reviewed.

Production Review

The submitted stems and production-process evidence may be reviewed before a remix is approved for official release.

STVY HVZVRDOUS may request additional screenshots, screen recordings, project details, or other production evidence when clarification is needed.

Refusing or being unable to provide reasonable production evidence may make the remix ineligible for release.

What Happens If Your Remix Is Selected?

Selected producers may be invited to officially release their remix through STVY HVZVRDOUS as part of a remix single, EP, or compilation.

Before any remix is distributed, the selected artist will receive a separate release agreement covering credits, ownership, royalty splits, distribution, and promotional use.

Submitting a remix does not guarantee selection or release. STVY HVZVRDOUS may select any number of remixes, including none.

Original Stem Usage

The provided TR!P HVZVRD stems may only be used to create a remix of “I NEVER SAY” for this official open call.

Do not redistribute, resell, share, upload, isolate, or use the original stems in unrelated music, sample packs, content, or commercial projects.

Artist Certification

By submitting a remix, you confirm that the work was created by you and any human collaborators identified in your submission.

You also confirm that you did not use Suno, Udio, Stable Audio, or another generative AI system to compose, perform, generate, replace, or create musical or vocal content in the remix.

You confirm that the submitted stems, screenshots, screen recordings, and project information accurately represent how the remix was created.
